I'm a qualified practicing dietitian, specializing in the community sector where I equip and educate people the basics of nutrition and preventive dietetics to prevent and minimize risk of contracting diseases such as cancer, obesity and diabetes. I conduct cooking classes, corporate talks and even provide corporate or individual consultation, be it to set up a healthcare food service facility or to an individual trying to lose or gain weight.
I graduated and acquired Bachelor of Science (HONS) Dietetics with Nutrition from International Medical University (IMU). My practice covers both local and overseas experience; From practicing in the government setting in Malaysia to private hospitals in Malaysia, Thailand and India.
I envision a world where non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and obesity are a minimum, where heart attacks are no longer a concern. All these diseases are affected by our lifestyle choices, with what I have installed, I hope to be able to contribute to that future.
